Entrepreneur Incubators need Sales, no matter how well they are doing, they need to sell, even to raise funds to further their effort, and if they have product ready to ship, or distribute via eBay, or directly over the Internet.

The current APP Store, arena has many trying to duplicate Apple’s lead.

Education is needed to assist the new Entrepreneur operating directly or perhaps from one of the nations Business Incubators, that we call a Entrepreneur Incubator.

eLearning needs some standardization to begin to achieve some level of seamless architecture between different courseware developers, the Digital Libraries should be accessible via some standard UI. The resultant content would then need some architecture agreement between developers and the PC industry in order to provide a consistent Human Interface between APPS, as is regulated via the APPLE iOS Frameworks.

And then we need to establish a ISO 9000 for independent Entrepreneurs working as a Team over the Internet, for Quality Control of the Entrepreneurial Process…

I had lunch with the founder of a early success in the Software industry yesterday, he is doing fine, and he talked about the new Patent law which awards the First to Ship…

Interesting, because I have always supported an improvement in the present Patent system especially the methodology to insure the original works creators are protected… And had done a small ExpertWitness research for transactions over the Internet…

When Intel offered to invest in DiagSoft, I knew I needed skills that I did not have, so typical of Silicon Valley, I contacted people I knew, my old Bosses at Microform Data Systems to become DiagSoft Board of Director Advisors, they were concerned about legal protection for Board Members and we could not afford coverage, so they became Board Advisors, often meeting with me offsite or offhours… When the time came to repurchase DiagSoft’s stock from Intel, I went to IBM and DEC and requested an advance of royalties, to be recouped at 50% per period, to not drown out our cash flow, and settled with Intel and repurchased our stock. I owned 100% of DiagSoft, Inc. at the time of sale to Sykes, Inc.

Both Intel and Sykes, Inc. did extensive due diligence prior to investment and merger. This included Work For Hire Agreements, Clear Copyrights and history of QAPlus and all versions. Escrow of Source Code (periodically), Copyrights, Trademarks, etc. or they would not invest, or acquire… Debt to Equity Covenants, etc.

IBM requested Source Code Escrow, and clear proof of title in order to OEM QAPlus.

Some of the learning experiences that relate to my EDU Plan are directly related to these individuals who did not receive anything other than a per Board Meeting fee. John Dorchak of Electromec-Manpower era, and Intel, was my old boss, and confidant, and go between with the Intel SR. VP Level, and even Gordon Moore, behind the scenes… He had me meet with a very Sr. Level Intel Exec and instantly everything that was political, stopped. It was a remarkable neat meeting.

Board Members can be a difficult relationship for all involved, due to Return on Investment issues unique to each member…

The EDU Plan considers these complexities and has included a Zero Gravity Legal Services ability to assist remote Entrepreneurs…

Entrepreneurs need solutions to market… EDU Plan.

Does the new Patent Law help me as the creator and First Customer Ship of QAPlus, QAPlus/FE, and ETSC for Electronic Technical Support over the Internet…?

Over 10 years ago, Jamie Carney, of Maui and Kauai, did a 3D Studio Max rendering of our imaginary TalkStory Island, a virtual place on the Internet… www.jamiecarney.com

Today with streaming HDTV capability, we should use the real one…

When we lived and worked at the Maui Research and Technology Center in Kihei, Maui 2 years before that time, Jamie and several other locals, were hired by BigKahuna Productions in Maui, and taught how to do 3D Animation… They were all local artists… Only one had extensive computer experience…

A Entrepreneur Incubator can, and has, hired and trained 3D Animators, without any real previous computer experience…

3D wireframe to 3D Printer is now common…

Come visit Hawaii…

I was thinking how could we employ all of these unemployed people?

the solution would require little investment and have the highest return of re employment.

Re education is needed because some of these people have not done anything else.

the solution is to provide the tools for people to solve their own problems and become more integrated in the economy at higher income levels which would solve the issue of todays America and the world.

Bring the tools to the living room.

Get the Business Incubators to produce new ideas and products.

Get the community involved in the Entrepreneur Incubator.

Get the kids into another adventure that does not include first person shooter ideology.

Open Source will evolve into eLearning and Courseware development, set the ISO standards and get to work.

The most valuable resource of individual output of American genius is our Software Developers. They are being displaced by large low cost alternatives, yet they are the core of our Technology future… last time I looked we didn’t have enough developers, now they need to evolve into 3D Animators, they have the concepts and are the fastest path to creation of the formats and standards needed, too many cooks in the standards department will slow the cooking process. Open Source development changes the Patent process…

Wideband Internet is getting closer, check out my friends at: CityLink telecommunications

As we are aware, the Internet capability is increasing at a rapid pace due to the evolution of the technology available, and once that position is achieved, the next release is ready. The Subject of eLearning has been paramount in the entries in this BLOG. How to do that?

Create a Entrepreneur Incubator Plan that includes eLearning as the core area of interest.

Define a Advanced Digital Library using the Internet as the Bookshelf.

Define a Internet work environment necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of the DomusRoom Concept.

Then wait until the TECH arrives…

What are we waiting for?

each other…

The TECH is already here, only the speed increase of the Internet is needed, the bigger the pipe, the faster we grow…

The “Digital Living Room” is making advances due to the Apple iTunes Store and Apple’s MobileMe Digital Library. With GoogleTV, Microsoft, and others pressing into this arena with new advanced Media Servers and Home Theater PC’s.

MobileMe will be a real growth opportunity for Apple, based on our experience with MobileMe since it first arrived over three years ago, we have found that MobileMe is a excellent Digital Library, but needs extensions to add to its value. MobileMe could be sold via OEM’s..

Their is real potential in Apple’s MobileMe Cloud.

There is an excellent article in AppleInsider on “Digital Living Rooms” today.

http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/10/09/22/apple_google_and_microsoft_to_face_off_for_digital_living_room.html

Applications for this competitive market opportunity must be near…
