Aloha to all of you that have been following my TalkStory BLOG.
Hawaiians don’t like haoles (white people) using their words like talkstory. But since it is pidgin and a combination of their culture and ours, I have always meant well…
That is why I continually recommend that you visit Hawaii.
Kinda like one mans effort to get you to look, smell, and enjoy the beauty of a place called Hawaii. Located in the middle of the Pacific ocean, reached by brave men who paddled across the ocean looking for? This is the same as my forefathers the Vikings. Which is why I always say “Hawaiian and Vikings kinda same, both paddled far and thumped many heads”.
The world is confused with issues that are dwarfed by the beauty of the world. Man is confused thinking too much about finances, and not enough about their fellow man and the beauty of nature. No, I don’t think that Hawaiians are better than anyone else, nor do I think that they are that friendly. WHAT I think is the usage of Aloha for all of mankind is a smart thing. Which is why I say “turn a negative into a positive”.
And spread Aloha to your fellow man, because there are things more important than money… of course I didn’t think that when I was younger and my previous lifestyle shows that. However, I have had a change of life, caused by dying twice according to my doctors… Yet I live because it is not my time yet, and I thank the lord for causing me to think that using Aloha will improve everyone’s life and happiness. And I am strong like bull.
Why is aloha positive? Simple, Americans took Hawaii away from the native Hawaiian people pure and simple. America did not buy Hawaii. They showed up with Battleships and intimidated their take over of Hawaii in the name of their religion. So the Hawaiians decided, fine, we can’t fight Battleships and the American army, so we will instead use our culture of aloha to welcome them to our lands… thus turning a negative into a positive! A very wise idea.
Today, Hawaii is 63%+/- Asian. So America is not the only people that fell in love with Hawaii…
Visit Hawaii, spend some money there, and thank the Hawaiian people for being so kind to allow us there.
